A well-known prophet from Central Kenya has sent a strong message to President William Ruto, advising him on what he should do at Raila Odinga’s grave if he wants to win the 2027 election.
According to the prophet, John Waamatha, the president must carefully follow the instructions he has received from God. Waamatha claimed that God spoke to him and told him what Ruto should do. He said the act should be done secretly at night when nobody is watching.
Prophet Waamatha explained that Ruto should begin the journey on Sunday evening, travel to Raila’s resting place, and once he arrives, kneel beside the grave and pray for victory.
He added that the president should repeat the same act for three nights — Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday — before returning to State House.
“If he does this with faith, his victory in 2027 will be guaranteed,” the prophet reportedly said.
The man of God further explained that the reason behind this message is that Raila was a man of victory, and his spirit will help Ruto succeed.
“God said Raila’s spirit carries a special blessing of triumph, and if Ruto connects with it through prayer, he will not be defeated,” Waamatha added.
However, after the prophet’s statement went viral on social media, many Kenyans criticized him, calling him a prophet of doom who was trying to mislead the president.
Others advised President Ruto not to follow such instructions, warning that doing so might bring him more problems instead of blessings.
