Former CS Moses Kuria, a close ally of President Ruto and his personal economic adviser, expressed deep concern on Thursday about the escalating corruption within the government.
Kuria highlighted that public funds are being embezzled by government leaders, warning that if this continues, future administrations will face an overwhelming challenge to fix the damage being done today.
He emphasized the need for swift and bold action against those responsible for the corruption, asserting that failure to address the issue will push the country into an even tougher situation.
The former CS described corruption as one of the most destructive forces, urging the government to take decisive measures, including the arrest of leaders involved in looting public resources.
Former CS, Moses Kuria also called on Kenyans to be more mindful when casting their votes, as their indifference at the ballot box is contributing to the persistence of corruption.
