On Wednesday evening, Kenyatta National Hospital shared sad news about Boniface Kariuki. According to the doctors, Boniface is in a very critical condition and has been placed on life support.
One of the doctor revealed that the machines are now helping Boniface Kariuki to breathe and stay alive.
In a statement made by the hospital, they said they have done all they can to help him, but his condition keeps getting worse.
"We are trying our best, but we also ask God to help Boniface recover. He is still in a serious state," a doctor at KNH said.
The hospital explained that an object, which is believed to be a bullet, hit the left side of Boniface’s head. That injury is the main reason he has been in a coma and not waking up.
"The damage to his brain is serious, but we are not giving up," doctor added.
KNH also sent a message to Boniface’s family and to all Kenyans. They asked them to stay strong and hopeful.
"Please do not lose hope. We are doing everything we can to help him get better," said a KNH official.
The hospital further asked Kenyans to stay calm and keep praying for Boniface’s recovery urging them to first pray for his healing and After that, justice will follow.
