On Saturday in Mbale town, Vihiga County, traders and residents stopped their daily activities to watch a man who claimed to be a PAG pastor.
The pastor, Joseph Masiah Ubondi, said he had received a revelation from God about what will happen to former CS Fred Matiang’i just a day before the 2027 elections.
As he shared his prophecy, Pastor Masiah became emotional. He urged Kenyans to pause and pray for Matiang’i to prevent the bad event from happening. According to him, Matiang’i is the only man capable of redeeming and reshaping the country.
Pastor Masiah revealed that God had shown him many people, especially those close to Matiang’i, could be bribed to betray him. He added that if this unfolds, Matiang’i might not get enough votes to become president.
“It pains me to say this, but the final day before elections may bring betrayal from his own backyard,” he said.
He expressed regret, saying Matiang’i was the leader who could make education free, provide better hospital services, and guide young Kenyans on earning money.
“It is heartbreaking to see plans to harm him when he had the country’s future at heart,” he added.
However, Pastor Masiah said Matiang’i could avoid this situation by contacting him directly and hosting him at his Karen home in Nairobi for advice. He warned the former CS not to rely solely on the opinions of Kenyans.
“I am not a conman. I am a true pastor who wants to ensure he wins in 2027,” he stressed.
